The hotel staff was friendly, even providing us with free beach towels, made our visit to the beautiful nearby beach even better.
The bathroom in the room was quite compact, making it a bit uncomfortable to move around.

The Manager, his wife and daughter went out of their way to help us when we needed directions etc. The room was very tiny for two people but it was spotless. The sheets were lovely and white and the room was cleaned each day with fresh towels left etc. Breakfast was continental but was delivered personally to our room each morning for whatever time we requested. A very nice touch. The location is excellent with a 5 minute walk to the promenade. This was a two star hotel but I thought for the money we paid it was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to my friends if they wanted a 2 star.

The only positive point about this hotel was being close to the beach. The breakfast was also ok. Air condition also was working fine.
It was a very old hotel and not clean; the shower was broken and you could hardly manage to wash yourself ! The staff were friendly but could not speak English well. In overall, it does not worth to pay 70 Euro/night for this hotel.

Service that makes you feel special
The staff greeted us like old friends. Each morning, we indulged in breakfast and were delighted by the freshly made scrambled eggs. Our room was cozy, air-conditioned, and had all the essentials.

just few minutes walking from the beach and famous promenade, 15 minutes from the old town and main train station
old and rather dirty hotel in not good area of Nice (many prostitutes in the evening) but not dangerous area, rooms are small and smell not nice in the bathroom, price is too high for these kind of conditions, very noisy from the street, we can't open the window because it was almost impossible to sleep, at the reception don't speek well english so hard to communicate in case of any problems

The room was criminally small, with a shower stall, and don't get me started on the towels-one day, just one was left for half a person! And to think I expected a complimentary upgrade, beacuse clearly I deserved it after that disaster. I just couldn't give this a good review.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast adequate and delivered on time. Easy access to transport services and beach. Convenient for airport bus service. Towels and soap / tooth glass all changed daily.Double room at single rate for one occupant.
Poor choice of TV channels - batteries flat in TV remote control. Poor standard of maintenance of furniture and fittings in room and bathroom - only just adequate. Chairs very basic

Close proximity to the beach, effective air conditioning, modern and newly renovated rooms
Room sizes felt cramped!!! The shower stalls were ridiculously tiny!!! The parking situation was a hassle with long walks and steep fees of €18 per day!!!

Price explains everything.
Most of the things in bathroom are broken. Finally I found that I should pay more for better services.

There is a lot of local food for breakfast. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The location is marvellous and nice, and the area is safe walking distance to cafes and restaurants. And it's 10 km from Nice Cote d'Azur airport: )
